It is part of our mission to talk about and live the joyful proclamation of the Good News of Jesus! And there are many parents who come to meet us, asking for religious meetings for their children to teach them the Christian values and prepare them to take the Christian sacraments.
The school prepares the children to become true Christians bearing in mind the faith lived, cherished and celebrated, in this or any another Christian community. The religious sessions are organised according to the children’s age groups taking place once a week and it is up to the parents the decision of their children’s attendance. Students are always very eager to engage in this activity and show great enthusiasm, which is undertaken with the help of the local parish priest.
“Catechism is not a lesson, but an expression of our own experience and witness of faith in Christ. Faith’s truth should not be imposed, but communicated with affection, patience and friendship. Only then will catechism become the promotion of Christian life, a support in the global believers’ education and an encouragement to become missionary disciples.”
We have ingrained our entire evangelising commitment in Christ in this conviction and with faith, we hopefully believe that the seeds of the Kingdom of Christ sown today will bear fruit in the future!
